ABOUT ANDREA IPPOLITO

Andrea Ippolito is the CEO and Founder of SimpliFed, a virtual maternal health company dedicated to baby feeding and postpartum monitoring. Inspired by the care gap she experienced after the birth of her first child, Andrea launched SimpliFed to democratize access to maternal care. Previously, she served as Director of the VA Innovators Network, where she developed a $10.5M program to enhance veterans’ experiences. Andrea has also been a Presidential Innovation Fellow, co-founded Smart Scheduling (acquired by athenahealth), and co-directed MIT Hacking Medicine. She holds advanced degrees from MIT and Cornell University.
