At Milk Stork, we're always looking for ways to support and empower families, especially as they navigate the journey of parenthood alongside professional commitments. That's why we're thrilled to announce our newest partnership with Happiest Baby, the minds behind the innovative SNOO Smart Sleeper. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in our mission to provide comprehensive support to working families, reaffirming our commitment as the first and most trusted breast milk shipping company since 2015.

  • Why SNOO? The SNOO Smart Sleeper is more than just a bassinet. It's a breakthrough in infant sleep technology designed to mimic the soothing environment of the womb. It offers gentle rocking motions and white noise, proven to extend babies' sleep by 1-2+ hours each night. For parents, especially those preparing to return to work, this means better sleep and improved productivity. It's a game-changer for everyone involved, ensuring both babies and parents wake up rested and ready for the day ahead.
  • Inclusive Support for Every Family: One of the most exciting aspects of this partnership is how it aligns with our vision of inclusivity. SNOO benefits all families, regardless of their structure, by providing the universal need for more sleep. Whether you're a breastfeeding mom, a dad through surrogacy, or a preemie parent, SNOO is here to make those early months a little easier.
  • A Win-Win for Employers and Employees: By integrating SNOO rentals into their employee benefits packages, our clients can show a real commitment to supporting working families. This initiative not only enhances employee well-being, but also plays a critical role in retention and recruitment, appealing to top talent who value family-friendly workplace cultures.
  • Exclusive Offer for Our Corporate Clients: To make this partnership even sweeter, Milk Stork’s corporate clients can now offer their employees a 6-month rental of SNOO at an exclusive discounted rate. It's an exceptional way to support employees through parental leave and their transition back to work, ensuring they return to the office well-rested and more productive than ever.

“Here at Milk Stork, it’s always been our mission to support parents as they choose to return to work,” said Kate Torgersen, founder and CEO, Milk Stork. “We want them to have the ability to be all-in at work and at home, and getting enough sleep is a key component to reaching that goal. Thanks to this partnership with Happiest Baby, Milk Stork now covers two of parents’ biggest stressors: sleep and feeding.”

We're proud to partner with Happiest Baby and bring the revolutionary benefits of SNOO to our community. It's a partnership that strengthens our dedication to supporting families through innovation, inclusivity, and understanding, making the challenging journey of parenthood that much smoother.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to lead the way in parental support, making life easier for working families one night of better sleep at a time!

FAQ

Q: How does the SNOO Smart Sleeper specifically cater to the unique needs of premature babies or babies with special sleep requirements?
A: The SNOO is used in hospitals with premature babies, all across the US. Your SNOO comes with the Motion Limiter setting automatically turned ON. This setting allows SNOO to quickly respond to fussing using all 5 of its incrementally increasing sounds, but it limits the movement responses to the lowest 3 rocking motions. You can read more about it here.

Q: Can employees extend the SNOO rental beyond the initial 6-month period, and if so, what are the terms and costs associated with extended rentals?
A: The SNOO Smart Sleeper is a bassinet and was designed for babies up to 6 months old—or until your little one can get on their hands and knees.

Q: Are there any success stories or testimonials from families who have utilized the SNOO through their employer's benefits package, highlighting the impact on their work-life balance and sleep quality?
A: A quick online search will generate SNOO reviews. Here's one from Everymom
